I work at the intersection of strategy, risk, and long-term value, most often in situations that are complex, cross-border, and institutional in nature.
Over the course of my career, I’ve built and advised organizations across the public, private, and social sectors – including global institutions, startups, and mission-driven platforms. My work has spanned emerging and developed markets and has involved navigating ambiguity, stakeholder complexity, and long decision horizons.
I’ve held and advised roles across organizations including McKinsey & Company (New York Office), the World Bank Group (Washington DC and Singapore Offices), TechnoServe (India), and as an Advisor to the Airbus STAR Program. Earlier in my career, I was a founding member of the McKinsey Knowledge Center, contributing to early efforts to institutionalize, scale, and globalize firm-wide knowledge capabilities.
As technology – and increasingly AI – reshapes how decisions are made, my focus has shifted even more toward the human dimensions of leadership: judgment under uncertainty, governance, and responsibility for second- and third-order effects. Tools evolve quickly; responsibility compounds over time.
What has remained consistent throughout my work is an emphasis on integrity, discernment, and durable outcomes. I’ve learned that real value tends to surface when things get complicated – when incentives are misaligned, information is imperfect, and choices are consequential or irreversible.
Today, my work centers on selective advisory and board-level engagements, institutional building, and early-stage initiatives where systems, people, and risk intersect. I’m especially interested in conversations around governance, resilience, and leadership in an increasingly complex – and automated – world.
